Neither...traveling. Must be bad floor, shoes, or both. lol
Consider the many factors involved in this play and the apparent skillset of those playing. The travel call gets everyone calm and play can continue, probably with some warning words for the offensive player, some consoling words and a few words-of-advice for the defender. If no travel, play on and just give ball to offense out of bounds. Looks as if defender hits ball out. If you have to go with a block/charge call, go charge. The offense is clearly initiating all contact in an aggressive, unnecessary method against an apparent, much-weaker opponent. This looks like a low-skill game and that type of offensive behavior, if eliminated, will make for a better game. 2 cents

This is my call as well.
Definitely not a block. I can accept an offensive foul for the shoulder-shove that gained advantage, but it's borderline at best. |
