No real issues with the positioning. Administering T could be deeper -- but then coach would be in the way.

#1) best shirt ever worn by a HC. Fly Eagles Fly!

#2) I'm good with initial positioning due to the unusual set.

#3) Center official appears to negate the purpose of her positioning by looking at the throw-in instead of the 2 pairs of opponents in the BC.

#4) Once players started moving Lead should come out wide to help on the bottom side of the play

#5) Not sure how reliable the Lead's position is to put a whistle on that play

#6) Was there a direct hand-off from the thrower-in to her teammate?

It looks that way. Start at 0:57 in the video. That was the best look they had.
