Similar problem for any form of electronic communication (email, text, Twitter, etc.).
In ancient times we had to address an envelope, find a stamp, and get to a mailbox, plenty of time to reconsider and change our mind about something.
It's way too easy to simply click.

If you edit, then click the "go advanced" button you should be able to edit the title.
