Throw in

is there a limit on the number of people that can be out of bounds for a throw in following a made basket? eg.. Can a1 and a2 be out of bounds, a1 throw it to a2, (a1 remain out of bounds) and then a2 throw it back to a1 (as long as it happens within the 5 seconds allowed?)

If you have a rule to cite that would be helpful.
