Dunk. I think you can justify a call or no call. I think that the chin up is called with inconsistency at many levels.
He traveled twice. Spin move - When you break them down in slow motion 98%+ are travels. This is close and it actually looks like he fumbles the ball a bit during the spin. Does this change the end of the dribble?
