State of Ohio Public Schools.
Gov. Michael DeWine announced at his 12:00pm news conference today that effective immediately that the rest of the school year for public schools has been canceled.

I expect that the OhioHSAA will make announcement by the end of tomorrow to the effect that the Spring Sports season will be canceled.

Iowa did the same thing last week.

MN is still holding out hope of restarting again on May 4th, but I'd be completely floored if it actually happened.

The OhioHSAA announced this afternoon that it has canceled the Spring Sports Season.

Illinois said today they are canceling Spring Tournaments (State Finals) but they will be open for considering allowing some competition if the right things develop. They also suspended all summer contact days which is going to influence what is happening with summer camp/basketball stuff with high school teams.

From the NFHS: Currently, 36 states have officially cancelled spring sports and activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is likely more will follow.

Among the traditional spring sports of track and field, baseball, softball, lacrosse, tennis and golf, almost three million girls and boys will be affected by this shutdown, including upward of one million seniors.

Governor Ned Lamont (Connecticut) announced that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, public schools will remain closed for the remainder of the school year.

Sinclair Community College (a state college in Dayton, Ohio), a NJCAA school and a member of the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference announced yesterday that it was suspending all intercollegiate athletics for the 2020-21 school year.

From The NFHS ...
On Monday, the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association became the 51st and final NFHS member state high school association to cancel its spring sports championships due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The cancellation announcements that began in late March, stretched to early May as states made every attempt possible to conduct spring sports and other activity programs.
