Running clock

Watched a high school game in Illinois recently, does Illinois have a running clock rule anytime during the game?

4th quarter, once a team is ahead by 30 points or more (and it keeps running if the lead drops to under 30 points). Can stop for a few reasons.

Regular season only; not post-season.
