Yes, and none of the posts relevant to the ostensible topic of this thread. Maybe NFHS addresses the 10-second count in their next rules questionnaire, or adds a comment section to it. I'd put in the suggestions that I posted earlier.

Practically no one has been struggling with this rule. You just have not been around enough and probably have not realize how much this is never an issue for most games or officials. Nothing to clarify if you stop reading into stuff and trying to find the problem with the rule.
