ID This Ref
 Can anyone id the ref in this photo? It might be Richie Powers, but I'm not sure. Great picture, whoever it is. Help! I'm trying to include a photo, but can't. Any help out there? He's cheering, not calling a foul.
With apologies to Mars Blackmon, "Gotta be the shoes." The hightop leather shoes on the ref, and Frazier wearing what appear to be Converse All-Stars (before his Puma deal, apparently), with different color laces. I just realized that the ref and BillyMac must get their belts from the same source.
