Fancy Footwork or Traveling Violation?
At the end of the shot clock. Tough to see in real time, and gets confusing frame by frame.

That is a travel in every rule set that I’m aware of.
We could split hairs over exactly which foot was or became the pivot foot when the dribble ended, but either way he thereafter travels. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

If there is a travel, I would have one on Luka Doncic (Blue 77) as he makes the return pass into the post while placing and replacing the left foot. If that is a travel, then the footwork as Luka prepares to make his shot is irrelevant. If not, then the move that Luka uses to make the shot is legal, because he does not move his pivot (right) foot when stepping in to the shot.

NFHS and NCAA these are travels.
NBA and FIBA these are both clean.
