An episode of Law & Order SVU I just watched had a short scene of a HS boys basketball game. Over 50% of the players on the court had "illegal" numbers and one of them was wearing a blue jersey with white sleeves coming down.

It would sure be nice if the copywriters (or whoever) took the tie to get this right according to the rules.
