Who is the 3rd official on Miami v. Loyola, John Gaffney, Deldre Carr and ?

John Gaffney is listed twice.

How long have you known this ??? I looked for a shiny belt and an IAABO but didnt see either....

Went to high school in Connecticut (I don't think in Billy's neck of it, though), so I've been hearing rumors for about 15 years now.
