Since you're the only one on this thread so far that has said it's a "ladies call," I feel confident saying that you don't know what you're talking about (and that you're just one of many fanboys who trickles in post-Super Bowl every year).

"I've reffed games with current NBA players..." and you said in an earlier thread that you've worked a pro-am summer league. Is that a euphemism for "let 'em play"?

OK, that still does not mean you know what you are talking about. When players flop, they tend to do it in another way and not so artfully.

And actually, I have no idea what the ladies have to do with a KU player putting his hands in the back and extending. You must not have seen the NCAA videos where JD Collins spends several minutes talking about these kinds of fouls with a lot less contact. And he wants those plays called. This was very easy.

You sound just like a fanboy troll as stated by others.

Peace

no, was flop, these are big boys, don't encourage them to flop on light contact. that player drew 2 fouls by flopping on the most important player on the floor.

You can't be serious

If a player is engaged is stationary post play, and bends his knee for leverage and to lock up against an opponent, don't penalize it if the opponent chooses to not engage but instead to fall like he's been shot by a sniper. tell him to get his ass up, and guess what, he won't do it anymore. if there is obvious illegal contact, that's another matter. wasn't in either of those cases. stick man chose not to fight position. i think in both cases the player flopped to see if a naive official would fall for it. and he got bites both times lol. that won't fly with officials that know what they are doing, and they will let the flopper know it too. if you are on the ground in the paint and someone gets caught up with you, it's a foul on you, so be careful big boy.

^ that is everything that is wrong with the game....the kind of officiating the NCAA and NFHS want to eliminate. Those were NOT flops. You get players flopping when they don't get deserved charges. like these.

Play 1: Defender does go down easy, but still a foul. Easy continuation.

Play 2: PC foul, also not much debate

Of all fans to whine about a foul call.....ku fans.
