Question Who is this guy?

Anyone know who this NBE ref is and why Lebron thinks he's so cute?

This looks like Steve Seibel, one of Canada's best officials. It is definitely a FIBA official. This is from an international tournament. Not sure what's funny?

Pretty obvious this was not an NBA game considering that the player in white has "Argentina" on their jersey.

Peace

Argentina is a new team they brought into the NBA to try and bolster the minor league conference known as the East.

That makes sense because Luis Scola is from Argentina.

That is Kobe Bryant that "thinks he's so cute".
