First meeting -- new people only.
Second meeting -- classes for new people as well as classes for 2nd, 3rd, and 4t/5th year folks at 6:30, and then full meeting at 7:15.
Third meeting -- Classes only
Fourth meeting -- classes at 6:30, meeting at 7:15

etc

And a mandatory rules clinic for everyone thrown in there somewhere early on.
