Where is it?
Argh. I'm reading the base running rules (high school) and trying to find the rule on when a runner passes the runner ahead of him while running the bases. There is one right?
Is he allowed to pass the runner in front as long as he doesn't touch the base before him? I have a follow up thread with a question I want to ask but I want to get my ducks lined up first.
