Ugh... great. No, Dana, you couldn't. You could put him back on 3rd, but you can't call him out.

Wasn't the obstruction between third and home? Type B, right?

He could've protected him to third only -- and if an out had happened between third and the plate he sure could've been called out.

Only FED has a minimum award (on Type B). An out certainly could be called here.
