The WV is better at the low shots? But when you're 6'6", and the WV only come is a 13 inch, it offers no low protection what so ever. But the BB2000 comes in sizes up to 16 inches. You can't have good protetion of the lower shots when there is nothing there at all.

I believe that Honigs and Gerry Davis Sports offer the WV in 13.5 inches, but you will have double check what models they sell that have these sizes.

13, 13.5, same thing. The point is that the BB2000 offers 2.5 more inches than the WV.

A highly irrelevant 2.5 inches. If that protection was necessary or even desirable, the WV would have it.

I've had my WV (I and II) for 7 years and I've never taken a shot there.

Ok so you've never been hit there, mabye thats because the WV fits you well. I'm looking at my Gerry Davis catalog right now. The WV page is 6 and in the bottom right corner of the page is a size chart. It says that the bottom of the protector should be 2-3 inches above you belt. It also says that it shold end just under your ribcage. Now mabye 13.5 inches will cover your rib cage but not mine. I don't understand why WV dont come in a variety of sizes, it makes no sense to me. But because of the WV size issue, the BB2000 is at the top of my list.
