Green is a Softball color
Green shirts are worn by the I/S/A softball umpires, both slow and fast pitch.
The only uniform difference is the hat, which has different identification for fast or slow. Down here in sunny Florida, the light blues are usually for the daytime games, Navy for night, and we very seldom see the Red ones used. Again, as stated, Green for softball. Senior
