MLB Rule Changes
Anyone gotten their rule books yet with the changes? What are they?

I wish these were readily available and not a secret to everybody.

I don't think they are a secret to anybody. They've been posted in various spots on the internet -- I seem to recall even here.

The new rule book is available for free on mlb.com

Thanks for the help guys! I did a forum search for MLB rule changes and came up empty handed. I got the PDF from MLB.com.

You should see the 2013 MLB Umpires Manual. There are several pages listing the changes this year. I've never seen so many.
