Found Baseball with autograph. Need help!

Hey guys, I'm not really so much into baseball, but I found this ball with an autograph. Need to know if its worth anything.

This forum is about baseball officiating so I don't this will last long, but the 39 is the player's number.

The 39 is his number not a year.
