So shaving on a daily basis makes him a bad umpire? Some people can't shave on daily basis because their skin is too sensitive. I know because I'm one. Now that the razor blades are so far advanced, I can shave every two days without all the irritation.

Personally, I don't think your attitude isn't any better than Davidson's. What a horrible partner you must make.

It makes me happy to be criticized by you.

That all sounds great, but he looks like a homeless man that is looking for something to drink out of a bottle. And that sounds like a terrible excuse as there are many ways to not have a face full of hair that makes you look like you did not take a bath that day. Heck I do not have to shave every day either and can go a few days without looking like I just do not care. Appearance does mean something and he looks terrible. And it does not help that he cannot do the other stuff right or is involved in constant controversy.

Peace

Hell, I enjoyed that and I think Davidson did too. Some days you just have to give back. You know, kind of like all the experts wannabe here that haven't registered one minute at the Pro level but know everything about it .Opinions are truly, well you know the line.

Davidson is just old and weatherbeaten. When the umpires resigned, he was one of them. He was one the fortunate ones to get their job back, but he had to work his way back up from the minors AGAIN. I don't really pay that close of attention to them, except when they're behind the plate on TV.

PS-Not caring is your forte to say the least, Jeff..................

But if you know me, I care very much how I present myself on the field or court. I doubt you will find many umpires/officials that make sure they look the part and do not look like a slop while officiating anything. And his look IMO reflects his attitude. He needs to do something to change his image as most umpires seem to have a very negative opinion about his "act."

Peace
