I am doing a junior college baseball game last night and the score is within 1 o 2 runs the entire ball game. Why did I feel I was jst going through the motions. I had the beses and my mind on every pitch. Never lost the count in the feld and was in the right postion on every call. It seemed like there was no presure on me at all. One woul think that at some point the pressure would mount during the game with the score the way it was. All I am loking for are just some opinion.

Maybe you just felt comfortable out there and were doing a good job. In a close game, the pressure is on the teams to perform, not you. Perhaps there were a lot of routine plays or strike outs and you needed a nice "banger" to pick up your adrenaline a little. Savor the uneventful game, for the unpleasant one is likely to occur at some point.
