Question

This is an official scoring question. I know that in OBR a starting pitcher must pitch at least five innings in order to be credited with a win. Is this rule also true in FED? I don't have my book handy right now.

Thanks

The FED rule is 9-6-6a "If the starting pitcher has pitched the first four innings or more and his team is ahead when he is replaced and the team holds the lead for the remainder of the game, he shall be the winning pitcher.
