Question

This is an official scoring rule. I know that in OBR the rules state that a starting pitcher must complete five innings to receive a win. Is the rule any different in FED? I don't have my book handy to look it up.

FED 9-6-6a "If the starting pitcher has pitched the first four innings or more and his team is ahead when he is replaced and the team holds the lead for the remainder of the game, he shall be the winning pitcher."
