3 man mechanics (D-1)

I need to locate a comprehensive 3-man mechanics manual for D-1 baseball. I'm looking for the manual that has all the illustrations for 2003 approved rotations, and I need to get it quick.

Anyone able to help? There were none listed on the NCAA web site.

Go to http://www.umpire.org -- click on the "College" icon.

On the right side of the screen is the link to order the NCAA umpire manual. It has illustrations, phots and good explanations of the new mechanics.

It is over 200 pages and is $21.95.
