protector is in great shape have the biceps protectors also.

Don't believe they came with bicep protectors; I have one.

They did come with bicep pads held on by velcro that slipped under the shoulder pads have Douglas screened onto the plastic. Possibly they were sold with and or w/o. My Wet vest was built in 1995 with a pending patent.
