ncaa halted game
when can a halted game occur in ncaa? only prior to a regulation game being played??
ie if home team is ahead 2-1 in bottom of 5th and rain forces the game to be stopped for the rest of the day, is the game over and home team declared winner? am i correct think that halted game is only used for games stopped due to weather prior to regulation game - (4.5 or 5 inn) and games that are tied thereafter?? thx
