Auburn would have had a game halted for TV a couple years back...

May 15, 2009

AUBURN, Ala. - Friday night's Southeastern Conference baseball game between Auburn and Alabama at Plainsman Park was halted with two outs in the top of the fourth inning due to rain and lightning with Auburn ahead, 3-1. The two teams will resume the game at 11 am CT on Saturday with Alabama's Josh Rutledge at the plate and a man on first.

Game three of the series will begin at 3pm CT regardless if game two is completed or not due to the live airing of game three on FSN South as part of the SEC Game of the Week. Should game two not be finished by 2pm, it will be resumed following the completion of game three.

/end

Game two ended before the 2pm curfew, though. But I didn't even know that halting a game for a televised game was possible until that day.
