Cool

Hi all you baseball experts-I have a question-is there a name for the innings before and after the 7th inning stretch besides innings 1-6 and 8-9? I need this for a marketing campaign and would welcome any official jargon or suggestions.
Thanks!!!!

Never heard any terms for pre- or post-stretch. Actually, I don't think I have ever heard anybody refer to those time periods even generically, except maybe "I'll stop drinking beer after the seventh-inning stretch."

graymule-that's great-maybe I will use pre-stretch and post-stretch. I was also thinking about using a double header theme with the in-between time called the "intermission." Does that sound authentic? Thanks so much!
