Patch attachment

Im looking for some sort of glue so I can attach different patches without sewing them. Something that the patch can be pulled off or switched between shirts without ruining the shirts. I guess this is what I get for working for different associations with different patches. Anybody have any solutions?

P.S. All the patches I have must go on the sleeve so I dont think the patch latch will work.

Thanks

Cool

youngblue,

I recommend "carpet tape" for the application you describe.

Sew a piece of "female" velcro on your shirt sleeves and attach a piece of "male" velcro to your patches.

I use magnets for all of my patches. Very easy and no damage. Hot glue will hold the magnet to the patch.

These type of tapes work best:

Buy Double-Sided Cloth Carpet Tapes at FindTape.com

You can find them at hardware store or speacialtiy flooring stores. And the really premium ones can be reused for almost the entire season. By that I mean apply to patch once and then just use, take off, attach to the inside of you bag and pull and use again when you need too. The cloth ones with the tread embeded are the best.
