Assignor - Richmond VA Area
My son will be living in Chester VA for the next month and is looking for contact info for an umpire assignor for games in that area.

Can anyone assist?

Google on Virginia High School Athletic Association. Surf around until you can find someone to call and ask who HS assigner is for Chester, Va area. Call that person.
