I was watching a local game yesterday where the batter, on a potential ball four, leaned in over the plate as the ball was half way to the catcher. The catcher caught the ball but I was wondering if there was a possible call there based on the batters actions (blocking the catchers view) and if so what would it be?

Also, the same catcher would at times yell ("hey!" or "watch it!") right before the ball arrived. What is the best way to handle that situation? Thanks.
