Blocking the catcher's view:
Only if he steps in front of the batter's box while the catcher is fielding the ball.
Talking to batters:
4.06(a)(2) No player shall: Use langauge which will in any manner refer or refelct upon any player, umpire, or manager. Basicly, it depends on what he is saying. I would make him stop becuase obviously he was using language refering to the batter.
