I think the only answer is to wrap everyone in Nerf. From cradle to grave. Only I suppose then they'll find that Nerf is a carcinogen.

In Montana, I believe, if the judge feels the jury went against the preponderance of the evidence, he may set aside their verdict. This judge did not.
