If there is less than two outs and bases are loaded. The umpire calls the third stike, but catcher misses the ball. The batter is called out and the runner at third advances at his own risk. ????? Is this a dead ball or can the runner atttempt to steal home.

Dmwsr504,
The ball is live.
The batter is out.
The runners may advance.

However, if the umpire calls "Dead ball" or "Foul ball", even though he is wrong, it unfortunately becomes what he said.
