Need Help: Association in Northern NJ ?

My son recently moved to Budd Lake, NJ and is looking for a POC for the local Umpire Association.

He umpired for several years here in Northern VA and would like to work games this spring. Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Is there is spring in NJ or does it just go from winter to summer?
