Question
Two outs, bases loaded. Catcher drops ball on third strike. Runner from third scores before catcher tags the batter out.
Run count or Not?

No - no run can score if the third out is made by the batter before reaching 1B - 4.09 exceptions

F2 can also step on the plate for the force on R3.
