You are speaking of two different organizations. If you're asking about Cal Ripken rules, check with the league folks in your area, they can give you contact information.

Little League has their own rules, basically taken from OBR, but with a few twists. Rule books are available from the local league, if they have extras, or most Managers and coaches also are furnished their own books.
