LL says that jumping, hurdling or whatever is legal as long as you don't contact the fielder. Contact would be an out and ejection. Of course diving ould be illegal in majors down. But say the F2 is on his knees a major player could hurdle over him and be legal.
As stated in Fed only if they are on the ground prone.
