How can i get stats from internet ??

Hi, i want to know if somebody can take MLB Baseball Stats on the USA Today site and import it in a excell or access file ???

Use this site rather than USA Today:

Stats are available in text format which should be easily importable into whatever database or spreadsheet you want.
