That should answer your question.

Be careful though, because in NCAA and PRO ball this woould be a legal move.

Get yourself a copy of Carl Childress' BRD (eUmpire.com), it's well worth the price to be able to immediately see a comparative on rules application for FED, NCAA and PRO ball. I recommend it highly.
