I have been umpiring for eight years and I have been asked to be the training coordinator in our area. Since there has been basically no training, I have to start from scratch. Does anyone have a copy of a training manual that could be used to train new Little League Umpires. I am going to put together my own but would like to look at others' manuals so I can get ideas.

Little League used to publish a umpires manual. It would certainly be relevant and probably a good place to start. My LL organization was able to obtain many copies for us. Im not sure if their free, but ask. Im sure they have a web site.
