Can someone help me?

I recently purchased an item on from rightsports.com, but have not yet received it. I called the 888 number provided and emailed the help@rightsports address several times, but have not gotten any attention to my questions. Is there anyone on this site that can help me get in contact with someone that can answer my questions? I appreciate your help in advance.

I have never dealt with that company, but you might try again after the Thanksgiving weekend. Many small companies close for the entire 4 days.

I agree, I have had contact with them in the past and it has always been favorable.

Its Thanksgiving, enjoy and try again on Monday.
