To each his own, I guess. I've taken multiple shots in various places, calling Babe Ruth and under. Never a bruise, no pain whatsoever. With hits up high, usually the only indication I had that I'd been hit was the noise it made. I honestly did not feel a thing. Shots to the sternum or breast felt like receiving a gentle pop with an open palm.

I cannot and will not speak to higher levels, but for these young'uns, I've had excellent experience with the Pro-9.
