Something new

I stopped by a high school game today and saw the pitcher make a move I had never seen before. He went into his stretch, checked the runner on 3B, and then, instead of delivering the ball, went into his stretch again.

Just who said, "There is nothing new under the sun," anyway?!

(Yes, the umpire called a balk.)
