If a pitcher appeals a play while time is out, how is it handled?

Do you disaprove the appeal? Do you tell the pitcher to do it again? Do they get a second chance?

Thanx

If the defense tries to appeal while the ball is dead (time out), remind them they can't appeal while the ball is dead. Trying to appeal while the ball is dead is a mistake, but it isn't an "err" that would disallow an appeal attempt.

OK,

Just for fun . . . document to me where this stops another attempt at an appeal. To be fair let's talk OBR or NCAA (since they are based on similar precedent).

Just for MORE fun . . . let's talk about what REALLY happens when F1 throws the ball over the head of F3 during a legal appeal and THEN wants to "Re-appeal."
