You said for LL - meaning 12U
1) What I'd recommend: Was there a runner on third and the defense was deprived of an attempt to retire him? If not, say "thank you" and let the coach handle it. He only hurt his own team. If yes, call the poor guy out and return the runner to third. 2) It's a nothing. Why do you percieve a problem?
