That is exactly what i meant. Yea, he did diserve a punishment for what he did. Now what im saying now, from this, are LL parents and such going to try suing and pressing charges if their child gets hurt from getting hit. What baseball has come to.

This time leave a trail of breadcrumbs.

Thanks again, Garth. You just keep sending them our way and we'll try to set them straight without acting like a bunch of jerks.

does LLPA13UmpDan read any of the threads he goes into, or even the posts that he himself makes?

Not trying to undermine anyones fun, but

What ever happened to the Minor player who hurled his bat at the PU early season?

Abstractly, this is a real chicken and egg thing... did this 'coach', and I choke on that word because he is far from my definition, think he could do this because that's how it is in the bigs. Or was the Moron Minor infected with this coming up through the ranks? And don't leap on this too hard, but isn't it a bit sad that the kid that was asked to do this went through with it!?
Just some rambling thoughts.

Tim.

Hey, I'm doing my best to help you out. I keep sending them, but they keep coming back. You need to work on giving them a reason to stay.

Assuming you read and understood the article...(big stretch)

You are a perfect example all that is bad and reprehensible in our society.

Representing Evil as Good, Family as Bad, Criminal's as Victim's, Terrorist's as Hero's.

Do us all a favor, and find a new planet to call home.

I guess nobody here ever got sued for implausible reasons? You people don't think there's some bottom feeder out there completely failing to understand the case and storing it away for future, uh...reference?

Now what would drive you to write up such an insane comment? I simply stated something.

Let's set the scene:

"Your Honor, I am basing my civil suit against Timmy for hitting my client Raphie during the game, on the precident set in the criminal case in which the coach instructed and paid one of his own players to bean a weak teammate during warm-ups."

Yeah, I guess it could happen. There's probably a Lincoln Law School* grad out there somewhere.

While I am loath to type anything that may be misconstrued as a defense of LiLBoyDan, that was a bit over the top, Nick.

You stated something that was idiotic. Using a smiley face or a frown doesnt fool us. You are an idiot.

Please go back to your daily posts about chest protectors and leg guards.
