I started out doing Little League. At that level, I was taught not to make a big deal out of a called 3rd strike. i.e., don't show up the batter and make them feel bad. :(
When I first started at the HS level, one of the first things they corrected me on was to "Punch that batter out, all the way back to the dugout !" "At this level, you are expected to make a big deal out of a strike 3 looking." :eek: |
